We are a boutique business recovery and insolvency practice with qualified licensed insolvency practitioners. We can provide restructuring and insolvency advice to individuals and businesses across the UK.
At AMS Business Recovery, we undertake initial complimentary meetings. This first consultation will help us establish your current situation and draft a range of options that could help you. Our team can also provide confidential advice to help ease financial business worry.
We want to help your business’ situation become less stressful, to aid that here are some of the issues we can help you with:
Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation
This is a formal insolvency procedure; it involves the directors of an insolvent company voluntarily choosing to bring their business to an end and wind the company up.
Members voluntary liquidation
This is the liquidation of a company that is solvent. A company is solvent by definition; it has assets sufficient to settle all liabilities in full plus statutory interest.
When a company is insolvent and facing serious threats from Creditors, it may enter into Administration. Licensed Insolvency Practitioners are appointed by either the company, the Directors, or directly to the Court. During this process, the company is protected from Creditor’s taking any enforcement action.
Individual Voluntary Arrangement
If refinancing isn’t the right solution for your problems, or you can’t find a lender prepared to offer the facilities you need to avoid bankruptcy; one possible solution is to enter an Individual Voluntary Arrangement.
If raising finance isn’t possible, your business is no longer viable and you have personally guaranteed money to creditors, one option available is bankruptcy.
Our Insolvency Practitioner is regulated by the Insolvency Practitioners Association. With combined over 40 years of experience in the industry, we can provide an informal yet knowledgeable approach to easing financial worries.
Our team is on hand to help with any questions you may have; please don’t hesitate to contact AMS Insolvency via phone at 0161 850 2632 or via email at email@example.com.
