David has worked in the accountancy & tax profession for 38 years, 32 of those years specifically in medical / NHS finance, acting for a national portfolio of NHS clinicians with regards to Tax compliance.

As a highly experienced Medical Tax Director, David offers expertise and in-depth knowledge of all taxation affairs for medical professionals, taking you from qualification through to retirement.

As Tax Director, David manages our dedicated tax team of professionals and oversees the tax compliance of the client base with extensive client contact. He is the only non-clinician to lecture on the postgraduate school of primary care GP programme at a leading University. He teaches financial awareness to 3rd year registrars so they understand the accountancy, tax and NHS pension implications of any career path and can start to make informed financial decisions.
