Iain is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in private practice.

In 2010, he established his own Quantity Surveying Practice, specialising in Capital Allowances and high-end residential property. Prior to this, Iain honed his expertise at Davis Langdon (now AECOM), one of the UK’s leading Quantity Surveying firms.

In 2014, Iain partnered with Richard to co-found Elect, one of the few RICS regulated firms in the UK with a dedicated focus on Capital Allowances. He has built up vast experience over this time from all sectors and areas of the country, but his underlying aim has always been to create long lasting relationships with clients based on great professional advice and a joint sense of achievement and reward.
