Kevin qualified as both a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor at MHA MacIntyre Hudson and was promoted to Tax Partner at 30 years old based on his R&D tax credit expertise attracting many new High-Tech, Entrepreneurial clients and giving holistic tax advice to OMB’s.
He was then headhunted to be a Corporate Tax Partner at RSM, leading their East Midlands tax practice and expanded his breadth of knowledge in Employee share schemes, Transactional tax work and dealing with Tax compliance on larger more complex Groups of companies. He has more recently worked in purely Tax advisory and Head of R&D tax relief tax relief roles, based both in the Midlands and London.
At AMS Group he leads the Innovation tax relief team, with over 20 years’ experience in R&D tax claims across virtually every sector. Kevin takes responsibility for all his tax projects and is focused on ensuring we always deliver a first class, partner led service.
