Luka brings a proven track record in structuring complex transactions, having spent seven years advising services and technology businesses with mid-market Investment Bank DC Advisory. Prior to this, Luka qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG’s Deal Advisory team and earned a first class degree from the University of Oxford.
