Over Parm’s career, he has worked on 300+ active and closed deals, advising clients across a wide range of industries with particular strength in technology & technology-enabled services, business services, and cross-border transactions.

At AMS, Parm leads the Transaction Services team, advising on buy-side, sell-side, and debt transactions. With a strong focus on mid-market and private equity, Parm and the team combine technical depth with commercial insight to minimise process pitfalls and keep clients focused on their wider business strategy.
